Piers Morgan has once again taken aim at Meghan Markle, this time over her latest Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.

The outspoken broadcaster wasted no time in sharing his disdain, branding the show “unwatchable” and slamming it as nothing more than a self-indulgent project.
Morgan’s Scathing Review
In an upcoming episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored, the TV presenter didn’t hold back when discussing Meghan’s new show.

He admitted he could only tolerate a few minutes before switching it off.

“I tried watching it, and after, honestly, about three, four minutes, I was done. It was just unwatchable,” he declared.

“It’s just the ultimate kind of vanity project, where it’s all about people telling Meghan how great she is, her telling everyone how great she is.”
Morgan criticized the lack of substance in the series, suggesting that it offers nothing valuable to viewers. “It’s not even her house. She’s doing things like making coffee, making a basic cake. There’s nothing to actually learn here.”
Meghan and Harry’s Popularity Under Fire
Never one to shy away from expressing his opinions on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Morgan also took a swipe at their public image. According to him, their popularity in Britain has plummeted, even placing them lower in public opinion than Prince Andrew, who has been embroiled in controversy.
“In Britain, they’re incredibly unpopular—her and Harry. I mean, the most unpopular Royals, which, when you think we have Prince Andrew, is pretty extraordinary to go under that bar.”
He then shifted his focus to America, suggesting that many people in the U.S. have grown indifferent towards the couple. “In terms of Americans, I actually think most Americans are saying, ‘I’m not interested.’ They’re not even energized enough to be angry. They’re just like, ‘Who cares about these idiots?’”
The ‘Sussex’ Name Controversy
One moment from the show that particularly irked Morgan was when Meghan corrected her friend, actress Mindy Kaling, over how she addressed her. During their conversation, Kaling referred to the Duchess as “Meghan Markle,” to which Meghan responded: “It’s so funny, too, that you keep saying Meghan Markle. You know I’m Sussex now.”

Morgan found the correction laughable and called out Meghan for using the title despite having little connection to the region.
“I come from Sussex, in England, it’s a county on the south coast. It has several million people living in it,” he said. “I can tell you with some certainty, if you went round and chose 100,000 people from villages and towns in Sussex and asked, ‘Have you ever seen Meghan Markle here in the county?’ you would not find a single person that has ever seen her there.”
He went on to point out that Meghan has reportedly spent less than six hours in Sussex in her entire life. “I was educated there, I have a home there, I grew up there. I spent more time there this week than she has in her lifetime,” he remarked.
Morgan Questions Meghan’s Royal Status
The broadcaster also took issue with Meghan’s insistence on using the “Sussex” title, reminding viewers that she is technically part of the Windsor family.
“She’s not a Sussex. She’s a Windsor. You marry into the Windsor family,” he said. “They were given this title of ‘Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ by Her Majesty the Queen, the late great Queen.”
Morgan’s comments highlight the ongoing debate over Meghan and Harry’s use of their royal titles, despite stepping back from their official roles.

A History of Criticism
Morgan’s criticism of Meghan Markle is nothing new. He has been vocal about his disapproval of the Duchess for years, culminating in his dramatic exit from Good Morning Britain in 2021 after refusing to apologize for remarks about her interview with Oprah Winfrey. His latest attack on With Love, Meghan continues his long-standing feud with the Duchess and further fuels his ongoing commentary on her life and career.
Public Reactions
Morgan’s remarks have once again sparked debate among royal watchers and social media users. Some agree with his views, believing that Meghan’s new show lacks authenticity, while others accuse him of being obsessed with the Duchess and unfairly targeting her.
Regardless of the divided opinions, one thing is clear—Piers Morgan remains one of Meghan Markle’s harshest critics, and With Love, Meghan has done little to change his mind.
